To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Venus will allow a 10 minutes window past your scheduled time before moving on to the next client.

Cancellations must be made 3 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.

To stay on schedule, all members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance. A name and exact services is required from each person in your group at the time of booking.

*** A deposit is required at the time of booking for group parties. The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows. There will not be a charge for cancellations given with 24 hours notice.

All gift certificate sales are final. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable. They should be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Venus Nail Lounge & Spa is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates.

All cell phones should remain on silent and conversations limited while in service areas. Guests should keep voice levels low. Children must be supervised at all times and remain respectful of others. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards. Checks are not accepted.

Venus Nail Lounge & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions. We cannot provide services if contagious conditions or open wounds are present without physician consent.

No refunds will be provided for any service.

No pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.
